3. Skin material: Choose skins of different materials according to the environment, such as steel plates, galvanized steel plates, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. The skin material has a significant impact on the life of the plate. In a highly corrosive environment, compensatory materials should be selected during the design stage. Although the procurement cost increases, the life is longer and the overall operating cost is not high.

 

4. Plate core density: Low density has poor insulation effect, which directly increases power consumption; excessive density will cause unnecessary waste of resources. Make a reasonable choice.
