History

2003

In 2003 a factory with an area of only 170㎡ was built in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China, and the production of handmade polyurethane insulation boards began.

2009

In 2009 two PU board production lines were set up, the number of employees increased to 38, and the factory area increased by 5 times.

2016

In 2016 the production capacity has been gradually improved, and the cold storage door and semi-automatic insulation board production lines have been added, and the product line has been improved.

2019

In 2019 the introduction of the fully automatic production line from the Dutch AMS company has greatly increased production capacity to meet the annual production demand of 100,000 square meters.

2024

In 2024 established a branch in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China, set up a foreign trade sales team, and officially started export business.

Handmade board production line

The two long-established manual PU board production lines are still responsible for the production of manual cold storage boards.
Semi-automatic board production line

Mainly produces thermal insulation boards made of rock wool, glass magnesium, magnesium oxysulfate and silica rock.
Cold storage door production workshop

Mainly responsible for the production of cold storage sliding doors, pivot doors and thermal insulation rolling shutter doors.
Fully automatic production line

Introduced the fully automated plate production line from AMS of the Netherlands. The annual output of the two production lines can reach 1,000,000 ㎡.

Shuangxing board only covers an area of 100,000 square meters, and the three generations of workshops, old, middle-aged and young, form a sharp contrast.
