However, this value is not a standard value, due to the difference in application scenarios and design indicators, the plate density can be customized. The size of the density directly affects the performance of the insulation board itself:

 

1. Structural strength: high density, strong structural strength, longer life; Low density, light weight, suitable for mobile scenes.

 

2. Insulation effect: directly positive correlation with density. Generally speaking, the quick-freezing warehouse and low-temperature warehouse have higher requirements for insulation boards, and usually choose thicker and denser types; The purification board in industrial workshops, factory buildings and other scenes can appropriately relax the density requirements.

 

It should be noted that the density is not the only standard that affects the insulation, the thickness of the steel plate and the sealing of the slot are also important indicators that affect the insulation performance.
