B1 cold room panels will not burn immediately when encountering a fire source but will self-extinguish within three seconds after leaving the fire source. The fire resistance requirements of B1 cold room panels are that the burning time of the panel cannot exceed 5 seconds, the flame height cannot exceed 250mm, and the number of fires on the panel surface cannot exceed 3 times. In addition, B1 cold room panels will not produce burning drips when burning, the smoke temperature value should be below 200℃, and the smoke density level should be less than 75‌2.

 

Fire resistance and test methods of B1 room and warehouse panels

 

B1 room and warehouse panels have excellent fire resistance. The oxygen index of its polyurethane sandwich layer is ≥30. It can basically not ignite in the self-extinguishing test, and it shrinks at most. It will self-extinguish within three seconds after leaving the fire source. When this type of panel burns, the surface will carbonize and no molten combustible substances will be produced, thereby inhibiting the spread of fire.
