The cold room board of the sandwich has uniform foaming and controllable quality. One cubic meter is filled with 40 kg of foaming material. It is not restricted by temperature and environment. The steel plate and mold are stable at 70 degrees, so the quality of the products produced is stable. However, the handmade board is greatly affected by temperature and environment, and the quality is indeed uncertain. Manual operation may cause problems such as uneven foaming.

 

How do we avoid these problems: The Shuangxing Board Industry tries to achieve higher mechanical automation from the unloading of warehouse boards to the foaming process, reducing dependence on manual labor, making product quality more stable, and also shortening product production time.

 

At the same time, we actively communicate with some research institutions in this field, and they help us complete a series of product process technology upgrades so that the warehouse boards we produce have higher flame retardancy and better insulation effects.
