Due to the difference in the local structure of the cold storage insulation structure, the insulation performance of this part is reduced, and it becomes a channel for large-scale cold transmission, which is called a "cold bridge". Since the cold energy felt by the surface of the structure near the cold bridge is concentrated in the cold bridge part, the cold energy loss caused by the cold bridge greatly exceeds the value simply calculated according to its cross-sectional area. The existence of cold bridges not only increases the cold energy loss of the warehouse, but also makes the cold bridge part a weak link in the insulation structure, causing condensation, frost, and ice on the side with higher temperatures of the insulation structure, and the insulation layer to become damp and ineffective. In severe cases, the structural layer is also damaged by freezing.
Most of the cold bridges in the cold storage are caused by improper node construction. For example:
(1) The edge of the beamless floor of the multi-story cold storage is embedded in the insulation layer of the exterior wall to form a cold bridge, causing the insulation layer to become damp and ice, the moisture-proof layer to be damaged, the exterior wall to be damp and moldy, and the bottom of the floor slab to have cavities. If the cork is used to fill the inkstone, the husk will sink and form serious cavities.
(2) The loft insulation layer of the single-layer cold storage adopts an inverted beam cover structure, and the thickness of the rice husk at the inverted beam position is insufficient, forming a cold bridge.
(3) The inner partition wall or inner lining wall of the multi-layer cold storage passes through the floor insulation layer and is directly built on the floor structure layer, forming a cold bridge, which will damage the inner lining wall and the inner partition wall over time.
(4) If the reserved size of the pipes and holes in the insulated walls and floors of the cold storage is smaller than the required insulation thickness, it will also cause cold bridges, causing condensation and dripping on the nearby walls and floors to damage the insulation layer.
(5) The floor of the cold storage door causes ice on the door foot due to the cold bridge of the door aisle.
